The latest addition to the FlowRider® Family resides in Nanjing, China, at the Nanjing Happy Magic Water Cube. Designed by WhiteWater, “The Waterpark Company,” the venue includes a Wave Pool, an Aqua Loop, a Wizard, and several extreme slides.
The FlowRider® Double is built into an amphitheater-like setting, allowing viewers to look in on the attraction. The grand opening of the park happened this weekend as the FlowRider was being commissioned and was instantly the hit of the park. We expect great things in the future from China, as more and more venues are putting FlowRider sheet waves into their plans, bringing the thrill of surfing to our friends in Asia. We expect to see them competing on the Asian FLOW (Flowboarding League Of the World) Tour soon at a venue near you.
